Tires: Front-100/90/19 Rear-I think stock is 140/80/15, I went with a 140/90, there are a few fender rail bolt heads you have to watch out for they might rub the tire if you go with the 140/90.
The rear tire size is an odd size not many if any shops carry them, though they can order them. The price is a little higher and they dont handle as good as the 140/90. The gel seat for the new Savage should fit the '87 Savage I dont't think they changed the mounting of the seat just the shape. You should unhook the battery just to make sure you don't blow the fuses while installing the new horn. And yes what ever you do get the clymer manual.
